On this week’s episode, the resentment and tension between Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey) has been increasingly building in each episode of this season thus far, and its about to hit a climax. When they team up to go after Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) and a dangerous H.I.V.E. deployed meta-human, Oliver and Diggle’s issues come to a head and put each of their lives in extreme danger. As they battle with their latest pair of adversaries, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) must convince a mildly hesitant Thea (Willa Holland) into returning to Nanda Parbat, where Ra’s al Ghul often trains his favored assassins, to ask her father to put Sara (Caity Lotz) into the Lazarus Pit. Everything seems to be on the right road until Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law) unexpectedly says no to their request, which makes for a tenuous relationship between these supporting characters.
