DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES Teaser Trailer Offers a Glimpse at Apes, Horses, and New Trailer Coming Next Week

Matt Reeves’ Dawn of the Planet of the Apes doesn’t debut until July 11th, but a new trailer is set to arrive in just one week.  Fox has released a teaser for that trailer that offers up new looks at the apes, humans, and the poor horses caught in the middle. (This isn’t their war. They are but simple beasts of burden.)

A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.
