Without giving too much away, Chaff is a middle aged former winner from District 11, who lost a hand in his first Games and refused a prosthetic replacement from the Capitol.  Deadline also reports that Golding has joined the film as Enobaria, a beautiful and brutal tribute from District 2.  She was best remembered for her rather vicious method of dispatching fellow tributes. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the story, here’s the official synopsis for Catching Fire:

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark.   Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts.  Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.

Heat Vision reports that Beauvais will reunite with Foxx for White House Down.  The two previously starred on television’s The Jamie Foxx Show.  This casting is a bit of a disconnected completion of the sitcom’s storyline as Beauvais will star as the First Lady.  White House Down starts shooting in Montreal this fall.  Beauvais can next be seen in Robert Zemeckis’ Flight, also starring Denzel Washington, which opens November 2nd.
