‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’ Teases Justice Society of America Heroes

     February 1, 2016

DC Comics’ TV is taking a deep look into their character catalog and has teased three members of the Justice Society of America as part of their marketing for The CW’s DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Now, we don’t know if or when these particular heroes will be showing up on the superhero spin-off series, but judging by a series of similar teases on the comics company’s Instagram page, Red Tornado/Cyclone, Hourman, and Sandman could just be appearing on a future episode.

An earlier Instagram post featured DC Comics antihero Jonah Hex, who has already been cast and will appear on an upcoming episode chronicling the adventures of the time-traveling titular team. There are no casting announcements for these particular characters yet, but it’s a great example of how DC continues to fold in its long line of heroes and villains. It could all turn out to be nothing more than Easter eggs, since apparently the following artifacts can be seen on Rip Hunter’s ship. Check out the new potential additions below.

Here’s an example of the DC Comics’ Instagram tease with the previously reported character Jonah Hex, being played by Johnathon Schaech, as the subject:
