From KristenKreukWeb we have the new, and I’m assuming only, U.S. poster for “Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li”. If you thought floating heads were bad, then you have not experienced them jammed into fighting bodies. I also like how Kreuk, the star and title character of the film, has been relegated to the lower right-corner of the poster because she needed the biggest head but only that dude’s torso had enough room. There Kreuk will dwell until she emerges a la Kuato.

I also like how this is the “Legend of Chun-Li” but while the Japanese Poster had the balls to show Kreuk dressed in Chun-Li but here, a hot lady in a kimono wearing oversized spiked bracelets won’t sell a movie. What does sell: two dudes filled with faces, punching each other in the face. They’ve got my ticket.

Finally, because there just isn’t enough to rip on with this atrocious poster, look at the tagline: “Some fight for power. Some fight for us.” You know, because the two are mutually exclusive.

“Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li” hits theatres on February 27th.
