Thursday TV Ratings: RAKE Off to Soft Start; COMMUNITY and PARKS AND RECREATION Flat

Thursday evening’s TV ratings are in.  Here’s a brief look at the highlights:

  • The Sam Raimi-directed pilot for Fox’s new drama series Rake got off to a so-so start with a 1.7 rating in the 18-49 demo and 7.06 million viewers.
  • Over on NBC, Community was even with last week’s 1.1 rating and scored 3.05 million viewers, Parks and Recreation matched last week’s 1.2 rating and scored 2.96 million viewers, The Michael J Fox Show rose 7% to a 0.7 rating and 2.24 million viewers, Sean Saves the World dropped 13% to a series low 0.7 rating and 2.60 million viewers, and Parenthood garnered a 1.3 rating and 4.25 million viewers for a rise of 8%.
  • The CW’s The Vampire Diaries scored a 1.2 rating and 2.68 million viewers, rising 9% from its most recent episode’s 1.1 rating, and Reign rose 17% to a 0.6 rating and scored 1.77 million viewers.
