     January 14, 2014

Monday evening’s TV ratings are in.  Briefly:

  • Without The Voice as its lead-in, The Blacklist returned to a 2.5 rating in the 18-49 demo and 9.11 million viewers, which is its lowest rating and smallest audience ever and down seven tenths from its last episode’s 3.2 rating.
  • The new drama series Intelligence dropped massively from its series premiere 2.4 rating to a paltry 1.1 rating and 6.11 million viewers (read Allison’s recap here).  Elsewhere on CBS, an excruciatingly unfunny How I Met Your Mother hit a 3.0 rating and 8.57 million viewers for a rise of three tenths, 2 Broke Girls rose four tenths to a 2.7 rating and 8.93 million viewers, Mike & Molly hit a 2.4 rating and 9.74 million viewers for a two tenths rise, and Mom was up two tenths to a 2.1 rating and 8.46 million viewers.
  • Over on Fox, Almost Human garnered a 2.0 rating and 6.77 million viewers for a rise of two tenths and Sleepy Hollow returned to a 2.2 rating and 6.39 million viewers, matching its last episode’s performance.
  • ABC’s Castle hit a 1.9 rating and 8.95million viewers, up two tenths from last week’s season low, while The CW’s Hart of Dixie ticked up a tenth to a 0.5 rating and 1.3 million viewers and Beauty and the Beast was even with a 0.3 rating and 800,000 viewers.
