The first Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser poster was unveiled today at Star Wars Celebration. The film takes place 30 years after the events of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and introduces new characters played by John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, and Oscar Isaac alongside the return of Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher. The actual teaser poster is basically just the logo and a “December” reminder of the film’s release date, but the teaser poster that was handed out at Star Wars Celebration is even better. It harkens back to old school poster-making with a kind of throwback design, not unlike the trailer itself.

Check out the first Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser poster below along with the one Steve nabbed at Celebration, click here to watch the trailer, and click here for 17 things we learned about the movie from the panel. The film also stars Adam Driver, Domhnall Gleeson, Lupita Nyong’o, Andy Serkis, Gwendoline Christie, Crystal Clarke, Pip Anders, Warwick Davis, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker, and Max von Sydow. Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens on December 18th.
