Entertainment Tonight Visits Set of TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION; Discovers There Will Be Explosions

     November 21, 2013

The last news we heard from Hong Kong set of Transformers: Age of Extinction revolved around extortionists wielding air conditioners.  Entertainment Tonight recently visited the set, and their piece is slightly less amusing, but as fluffy as fluffy as you’d expect from the long-running TV show.  Mark Wahlberg likes playing pranks on co-star Nicola Peltz!  Nicola Peltz likes painting crewmembers faces between set-ups!  Cars will be blowing up!  The best bit is when the reporter begs director Michael Bay about plot details and he says, “The world has progressed and modernized to a point where it can almost cannibalize and kill itself.”  In other words: “MORE ‘SPLOSIONS.”

Hit the jump to check out the footage.  The film also stars Jack Reynor, Kelsey Grammer, Stanley Tucci, T.J. Miller, Titus Welliver, Han Geng, Sophia Myles, and Li BingbingTransformers: Age of Extinction opens in theaters on June 27, 2014.
