Watch Behind the Scenes Footage from THE INCREDIBLE HULK

     May 28, 2008

Earlier tonight, I posted 6 movie clips, some TV spots and a featurette from Marvel’s upcoming “Incredible Hulk” movie. If you already checked out the clips, you might want to forward down to the new stuff as the intro will be very familiar…But if you missed them, click here.

Like I said earlier, opening on June 13th is “The Incredible Hulk.” While bad buzz had been all over the internet for months about this movie…recently, Marvel and Universal have begun to turn the tide and expectations for the film are starting to build in cyberspace. It started with some of the movie clips getting released, and it continued with editing room visits that a lot of websites got to do.

Based on what I heard from the people that got to go, the footage looked solid and it seems that Marvel may have a second home-run on their hands. However, while fandom is going to pay to see this no matter what…it’ll be interesting to see if the general public takes an interest in the return of the Hulk. After all, it was only a few short years ago that the first Hulk movie hit theaters and most left less than impressed. Will a non-stop action movie with the Hulk kicking a lot of ass get people to invest their time and money? We’ll know in a few short weeks.

Since many of you want to see as much Hulk footage as you can, we’ve been given 10 minutes of behind the scenes footage from the making of the film and it’s all below in two parts. The only thing to know is…some of the footage is silent on purpose and it fades to black between the shots. But if you’re a fan of the Hulk or just of Marvel’s movies…I think you’ll enjoy this footage.

And for the few that don’t know the story yet…

“The Incredible Hulk”kicks off an all-new, explosive and action-packed epic of one of the most popular Super Heroes of all time. In the film, scientist Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) desperately hunts for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him: The Hulk.

Living in the shadows—cut off from a life he knew and the woman he loves, Betty Ross (Liv Tyler)—Banner struggles to avoid the obsessive pursuit of his nemesis, General Thunderbolt Ross (William Hurt), and the military machinery that seeks to capture him and brutally exploit his power.

As all three grapple with the secrets that led to The Hulk’s creation, they are confronted with a monstrous new adversary known as The Abomination, whose destructive strength exceeds even The Hulk’s own. And on June 13, 2008, one scientist must make an agonizing final choice: accept a peaceful life as Bruce Banner or find heroism in the creature he holds inside—“The Incredible Hulk.”
