When Will You Land on MOON?

“Moon”, starring Sam Rockwell, was certainly one of the more acclaimed films to come out of this year’s Sundance Film Festival (which is saying something since the only film I really heard getting hated was “The Informers”; everything else was warm to ridiculously positive).

But the question around all successful Sundance flick is simply, “When do the rest of us get to see it?” The answer for “Moon” is June 12th. It’s pretty ballsy to throw it into summer blockbuster competition since it’s reportedly a performance-heavy, cerebral sci-fi flick in the mold of “2001: A Space Odyssey” but I don’t mind a little counter-programming especially when that programming is so acclaimed.
